Where waterfront dining meets modern luxury on Cape May’s scenic shores. After acquiring the property in March 2024, owners Ross and Lauren Hammer completed an extensive outdoor renovation that same year, transforming the deck into a stunning open-air dining destination. In 2025, a meticulous interior renovation followed, unveiling a sleek, modern space designed for an elevated culinary experience.

Designed for both indulgence and relaxation, Port Marina offers three distinct spaces:
An expansive outdoor deck—perfect for enjoying fresh seafood, sushi, and vibrant flavors with breathtaking harbor views. First come, first serve.
A sleek downstairs bar—where handcrafted cocktails and curated wines set the tone for a lively evening. First come, first serve.
An elegant upstairs bar and restaurant—offering an elevated dining experience with farm-fresh meats from our own farms and a menu designed for sharing. The upstairs bar is first come, first serve. The upstairs dining room is reservation strongly recommended.

At Zest Restaurant Group, we believe that great food starts with great ingredients. That's why we’re proud to offer you a menu at Port Marina inspired by the land and sea, where every dish is crafted with care and the finest quality produce. Raised on our very own farm, our cattle are nurtured with care, completely free of hormones and antibiotics, ensuring the purest quality of beef. We take pride in our traditional dry aging process, which allows each cut to develop deep, rich flavors and unmatched tenderness. From pasture to plate, each steak is a labor of passion, crafted for those who appreciate the art of exceptional beef.

But we don’t stop there. We also raise chickens that provide our farm-fresh eggs in Cape May, NJ, and grow fruits and vegetables at our local farm, harvested in season to ensure the freshest flavors.

In addition to our land-based offerings, we’ve obtained a commercial fishing license, ensuring we bring the freshest seafood to your table. Our sea bass is sourced directly from our boats, caught with the same care and dedication we put into our beef. This investment in both land and sea reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing the dining experience. From the farm to the ocean to your plate, every dish is crafted with passion, quality, and sustainability at its heart.

Exciting updates at Port Marina

Our indoor dining at Port Marina is now open to the public and accepting reservations via OpenTable.

Our outdoor deck will remain closed until May but will reopen with a first-come, first-served seating policy. Kindly note that our upstairs dining room is reserved for guests 12 and older.
